LCMC Recognizes Local High School Scholars



Scholarships were recently awarded by Lincoln County Medical Center to 2007 graduating seniors. Each year LCMC chooses an exceptional student from Elsberry, Silex, Troy and Winfield High Schools. The recipient plans to pursue a career in the health care industry.

Students are chosen with much consideration including need and potential in his of her chosen field. Each recipient receives a $1000 scholarship to be used in the furthering of his/her education. This year the LCMC Ladies Auxiliary developed a $500 scholarship honoring a student in Lincoln County.
