Kevin Lollar, MD, Otolaryngologist with Hannibal Regional Medical Group will begin seeing patients at Lincoln County Medical Center on the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of each month beginning February 14th.   As an Otolaryngologist, Dr. Lollar diagnoses and manages diseases of the ears, nose, sinuses, larynx (voice box), mouth, and throat, as well as structures of the neck and face.  He also treats allergy issues.  His office will be located on the third floor in the physician suite of LCMC.

Lincoln County Medical Center announced today that Troy Surgical Clinic & Family Care Center’s name has changed to more accurately reflect the variety of services offered at the physician clinic.  The name has been changed to Troy Medical Group.

Lincoln County Medical Center recently installed an Open Bore MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging) as well as a Digital Mammography, and soon the community will be able to view both new state-of-the-art technologies.

Lincoln County Medical Center has installed the region’s first Open Bore, 1.5 Tesla, magnetic resonance
imaging (MRI) system that combines a larger bore, or opening, for obese and claustrophobic patients with
the ability to capture high-field quality diagnostic images.

Venkata Bodavula, M.D., with the Hand Surgery Associates of Missouri, is now providing services to patients at LincolnCountyMedicalCenter, 1000 E. Cherry Street, Troy, Missouri.  Dr. Bodavula is scheduling office hours each Wednesday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Patrick Bira assumed his new duties on April 5, having accepted the offer from the hospital's board of trustees. He succeeds the late Floyd E. Dowell who passed away last year.
