Performance Improvement

At Lincoln County Medical Center, we take every action necessary to ensure you the quality healthcare you deserve.

As an effort to improve our everyday performance, we work on identifying processes, where improvement can benefit patients, families, physicians and/or staff. This is done through national and statewide activities

(Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality, American Diabetes Association, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Institute for Healthcare Improvement, Leapfrog, Medicare, Missouri Center for Patient Safety activities) and internal studies, testing, and education (Press Ganey Patient Satisfaction Surveys, Patient care and flow studies in all departments). It is our goal to focus on each patient through teamwork.
